In this video, we explore the 4 phases I find that we move through once discovering Human Design/ Gene Keys, from feeling deeply validated to becoming fully self-sourced. If you’ve just discovered Human Design, you’ve likely experienced that wave of relief—finally feeling seen and understood.
But as you go deeper, you may realize that the validation was tied to your Not-Self, leading to a life based on shadow patterns.

For years, I thought my struggles were tied to the not-self, but it turned out my medication was off, which was affecting how I showed up in the world.

There’s a lot of misinformation online suggesting that impulsivity is a superpower for ADHDers, especially for Generators and Manifesting Generators in Human Design. In this episode, I break down why this belief is not only incorrect but dangerous.

•The critical differences between impulsivity and a grounded sacral response
•Why impulsivity, especially for ADHDers, can lead to risky behaviors like debt and decision-making without proper thought
•How impulsivity is actually reactivity, which keeps Generators and Manifesting Generators out of alignment with their true design
•Practical ways to distinguish between an authentic sacral “yes” and impulsive reactivity driven by ADHD

Anxiety is often misunderstood, and here we explore whether it’s a byproduct of your design, your ADHD, or a mix of both. Spoiler alert, you may be SHOCKED that sometimes what you perceive to be your symptoms are actually "not self" patterns in your design.
